Refund policy

We hope you love your LANNA PARELL piece. However, if you decide that your purchase isn't quite right for you, we offer a 14-day return policy.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return your item to us.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

A returns slip is included inside your parcel. If you wish to return your item, please complete the returns slip with the required information and place it inside the garment box along with the item.

Please ensure that the garment is returned in the same condition in which you received it — unworn, unused, with all original tags attached and inside its original packaging.

LANNA PARELL

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning your order, as LANNA PARELL cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or another available item, please indicate this clearly on your returns slip.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange where possible.

If the requested item is unavailable, we will contact you regarding the available options.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account after it has been processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Items returned outside of the 14-day return period, or items that have been worn, used or returned without their original tags and packaging, may not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
